WiREnet, a registered not-for-profit Society was created to promote gender diversity and inclusion of women professionals in the real estate and construction industry, including all allied fields contributing to the built environment industry. As a Society of subscribed members, it will endeavour to provide opportunities for its members to network and collaborate across a diverse range of topics relevant to the construction and real estate industry, while providing an opportunity to engage in career advancement conversations. The association aims to foster and develop a reliable ecosystem of senior professionals, academicians, mentors and leadership coaches for aspiring women entrepreneurs and working professionals seeking to further their career and enhance their knowledge.
The WiREnet platform will promote learning through knowledge sharing programs, collaborative events, research projects and publications. The Society will offer its members focused mentor group meetings, information on career opportunities and other educational programs. Last but not the least, WiREnet also aims to serve the extended community to create an impact through its outreach programmes and sustainability initiatives.
